These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://tapromp.com (the "Site"), operated by Yield Goal Technologies Inc. ("Tapromp," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Tapromp provides free browser games playable instantly with no download or account required. Certain games unlock after you choose to watch a rewarded ad. The games are simple HTML5 titles hosted directly by us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site at a scale or frequency that degrades service for other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site or its games
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through malware, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access attempts, or any attempt to circumvent the Site's ad-supported game unlocks
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Tapromp or the Site

5. Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
